Volunteer Opportunities
Are you interested in volunteering at the Freeport Art Museum? There are many opportunities available including, but not limited to:
- Docent Art Guide - Lead guided tours of the museum, click here to fill out the docent form
- Carpenter - Assist with woodworking and building
- Gallery Attendant - Greet visitors, answer phones and assist with extra office projects
- Gardener - Help maintain the FAM's landscaping
- Painter - Help to paint gallery and other FAM walls
- Special Events - Help to plan special fundraising events
- Teacher - Assist in teaching hands-on art workshops

Internship Opportunities
The Freeport Art Museum regularly offers semester and summer internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students in the areas of Museum Education and Collections Management.
