A summer camp for the youngest of artists to practice their fine motor skills, identify and manipulate shapes and colors as they gain more confidence in expression through fun and engaging art activities. Parents are welcome to sit in and participate.

Visual Arts Mornings: 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Performing Arts: 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm
FAM’s popular summer art camp is devoted to learning, creativity and fun in both the mornings and afternoons. The mornings will be focused on the visual arts; working with painting, drawing, ceramics and other materials.
Students will visit the galleries to learn and draw inspiration for their studio work. In the afternoons, campers enjoy dance workshops with accessible technique, creative improvisation, and exciting choreography and an
introduction to theater including reading, screenplay writing exercises and acting.
Enrollment can be for a half day; either morning or afternoon or for a whole day. Full day campers please bring a lunch and drink--lunch time games and movies provided.

Try this fun technique that is all the rage! Create two unique works of art using fluid acrylics. Learn the paint formulas and how to prep the canvas to be able to create more on your own.
All supplies provided.
Thursday, April 12th
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
This introductory class teaches the basics of jewelry creation. Learn the techniques, components, and tools to make simple earrings, bracelets, and necklaces. All supplies are provided, but if you have a pair of needle nose pliers and wire cutters please bring them.
Tuesday, May 8th 6-8 pm
Wednesday, May 9th 6-8 pm
This two session class will teach the process of creating jewelry with poured resin. A limitless variety of jewelry can be made using molds, adding color and. Resin requires an undisturbed day to set, so we will meet a second day to finish the pieces into wearable jewelry. All supplies are furnished. If you have a sentimental button, or piece of jewelry, ephemera or photo that you'd like to use, please bring it to the first day of class. (An inch and a half or smaller.)
