Life Coach – Robin Rosenstiel presents an evening workshop

Spirituality 101: Getting Started With the Mind, Body & Soul Connection

  • Limited seating

  • Members are free, others by donation.

  • Please RSVP using the form below.

Mind: Grounding Meditation helps you connect with the present moment by directing your attention to the world around you. It moves you to a calmer, more centered, and more secure place that can positively affect your physical and mental health.

Body: Chakradance is a healing movement practice aligned with music created to resonate with each chakra (energy points in the body). Through movement, you are guided into an inner dance of release and re-connection. There’s no right or wrong way to Chakradance. It is a journey of self-discovery.

Soul: Mandala Art is a playful practice of integrating the dance experience and drawing. Discover the artist within by creating a Mandala of your Mind, Body, & Soul Connection

Bring a yoga mat if you have one or you can sit in a chair. Either one is ok.
