Paint the Port transforms downtown Freeport into a colorful outdoor gallery where all ages can paint, create, and celebrate together!

Join us for the annual Paint the Port event in downtown Freeport, IL! This vibrant gathering transforms the streets into a canvas for creativity, welcoming people of all ages to unleash their artistic flair. Our mission is clear: to promote vibrancy and foster creativity within our community.

The 2026 net proceeds will support the ongoing general maintenance of the Arts Plaza and development of our arts and culture campus in downtown Freeport, serving as a dynamic civic space that encourages community engagement.

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Freeport Area Eats & Beats for another year, merging art, food, and music into an unforgettable weekend experience! As a bonus, each registered square will receive two tickets to Eats & Beats on Friday night.
