Encaustic Workshop with Cindy Lesperance

Have you admired the translucent, luminous surfaces achieved with encaustic painting? Register now for this half-day workshop to learn the technique of painting with pigmented wax.
Skilled encaustic artist, Cindy Lesperance will demonstrate creating textures, layering colors, color effects, incising and carving into the wax, and the use of metal leaf and stencils. This is an introductory level class, but every skill level is welcome. All materials will be provided.

June 15th: 10 am - 2 pm

This class is $150, which includes all materials & manual. You will leave the class with two finished paintings & light snacks will be provided.
